Focusing on the right side, since the picture may not be very clear, so let's start with the connection relationship between the parts.
The down-pressure cylinder drives the retaining plate; the upper part of the fused tie rod is threaded and locked to the retaining plate by a locking nut.
The fused tie rod and the ear strap pull and handling mechanism are relatively sliding (see details on the end of the fused tie rod), but when the fused tie rod rises to the end to contact the ear strap pull mechanism, it holds the entire ear strap pull mechanism up.

(1) The sensor detects the motor's rotation induction block and controls the angle of rotation (180° per rotation); (2) The shrapnel in the end claw can be passed through the steel ball to keep the claw in place (it will not spring up after being pushed down by the block).

Note: If you press the line to mount the plate, you will only press the paws at Paw-2 & Paw-3 in the subsequent movements, because the paws at Paw-4 will be followed by the restored paws (a bit of an argument, you'll understand after thinking about it).
→ The entire mechanism rises and the earbands are successfully fused to the mouthpiece. By repeating the above process, the earbands can be quickly pulled and fused.
 
1.Ear band cutting mechanism of  N95 automatic mask machine

The purple part is used to adjust the angle and position of the ear strap cutter mechanism, I've already marked it, so I won't go into detail.
Just a special note: the pusher pin holes and the scissors rotation axis are manufactured with pins; the spring holes (one on each side) should also have springs, either because the original author didn't add them or because the model opened with an error and didn't show them.
Then there's the matter of knowing that there's no connection between the push block and the green part and the scissor limit block in the diagram, which can be slid, which may not be clearly expressed in the diagram, so I'll remind everyone.
