Machines Regular Maintenance
Lubrication and Maintenance.
The corrective lubrication can prolong the service life of the machine, improving efficiency and reducing failures.
We suggest you choose recommended grease.
1. Reducer
Please refer to the following instructions:
1) Reducers that distributes in transmission units of main machine and packaging machine is a common worm gear and worm reducer.
2) The environment temperature -10 ℃ ~ + 60 ℃. When the temperature is below 0 ℃, before starting the lubricant must heated to 0 ℃ above or the low point of lubricating oil, best no-load running before opening a few minutes.
3) Reducers deposited or stopped for four to six months, oil seal is probably no lubricant, recommending replacing oil seal. The rubber shaft used on the rubber oil seal loses its elasticity due to aging, resulting in a decrease in performance.
4) Should be regularly oil indicator check the amount of oil in the right range.
5) Users must refer to the following table of varieties and quantities of oil before use to choose to add lubricating oil. The reducer first ran for one month (200 ~ 300 hours), then cleaning internal, changing new oil. After that, oil should be changed every 1000 hours, no more than half a year is suggested.
6) Avoid mixing different oil or grease.

2. Linear sliding rail, linear bearings.
Linear sliding rail, linear bearings' lubrication and maintenance, please refer to the following instructions:
1) Linear slide rails distributes in the packaging machine three fold material push unit.
2) Every two weeks with oil.
3) Using lithium and manufactured (AV2) of the 68 CST type oil or the same type of other label lubricating oil.
4) Avoid using mixed oil or grease.
3. Chain.
The chain lubrication and maintenance, please refer to the following instructions:
1) The chain is distributed in the folding yards unit of packaging machine.
2) Lubrication every 1000 hours once again and tensioning again.
3) Pasting hotly grease each year.
4) Oil can use GRMU 2 (AGIP), Alvania R2 (SHELL), Beacon 2 (ESSO), Mobilus 2 (MOBIL) equal type of other label lubricating oil.
5) Avoid using mixed oil or grease.
